I have been in the hospitality industry working as a chef for 23 years and 5 years as a private household manager Q2. What’s your favourite part of being a chef? In order to give the best you have to be dedicated and I love dedication Q11. How did you get into this industry? I got into this job by simply taking an apprenticeship, then going to college and the rest was work, work and work Q12. What has changed in your industry in the last few years? Why? What has changed in past few years is the people are more and more demanding; the pace of life is very fast all thanks to the modern technology it has made this word look like a global village Q13. I think communication will catapult itself in every direction because there will be massive innovations in technology more then we can think Q14. What makes my service ideal is that I have been a Londoner for 25 years, study London history and so know all the touristic destinations; I will take them to places they will not find in a tour guide book. I will show them the real London and I could do that in most languages Q15. Stranded on a desert island - what three objects would you take with you? I will take a Swiss knife, mirror and a lighter Thank you so much to Mouhoub for giving us a peek into his life as a Private Chef and House Manager. Join the conversation. Follow us on:
